Ressero protocolized serology
To handle the current (growing) serology numbers, and simultaneously to be able
to process the expected growth, ResSero was developed (a semi-automatic logistical
system for bloodsample research).
ResSero will handle, document, communicate and automate all (logistical) steps around
serology for any request. ResSero ensures that productivity will not be hindered
by administrative tasks, by simply automating them for this process.
A rough overview of the logistical route and data processing;
After a customer (usually a veterinarian or a veterinarian practice) signs a farm
up in ResSero he requests a ‘serology form’ for this ‘case’ to be able to submit
blood samples. The customer is requested to input a short anamneses and a vaccination
history. After the samples have been received, the laboratory results will be processed
(automatically). The results will be reviewed by one of our technical managers (also
veterinarians). The technical manager will review the case and generate a specific
advice for the customer. ResSero will communicate the laboratory-results and the
advice to the customer. Depending on the ‘type’ of registered case; ResSero will
send out reminders to the customer when- and how to send in follow-up bloodsamples
(usually 3 – 6 months after the original request) .
ResSero archives all communication and information obtained by the described process,
this information will be at the customer’s’ disposal 24/7.
Country implementations
ResSero will be deployed on a country by country basis. This means that; however
ResSero promotes global standardized usage - it can be configured to fit local needs.
Please choose the country-implementation from the map to visit or choose from the
list below. ResSero only applies to countries in which a ResPig implementation is
in place. If your country does not have a ResPig implementation (yet), please visit
the global site
